The Stranger Next Door kunstroute
Drie avonden lang wordt de hele Transvaalbuurt het decor van een onalledaagse, veelzijdige kunstroute. Meer dan 20 video kunstwerken van hedendaagse, nationale en internationale kunstenaars. Een initiatief van Museum zonder Muren en gastcurator Eva DeCarlo.
Donderdag 3 november, vrijdag 4 november en zaterdag 5 november tussen 17:00 tot 23:00 uur. Infopunt: BIKO, Steve Bikoplein 2, open op alle dagen van 16:00 tot 23:00 uur. Gratis toegang en voor alle leeftijden.

For three November nights, the 3rd through 5th from 5:00pm – 11:00pm 2016, the Transvaal neighborhood in Amsterdam Oost will showcase an exciting film & video route entitled ‘The Stranger Next Door’.
Over 20 on-topic works created by both national & international contemporary artists, art students, neighborhood children, and two local museums will be shown for free throughout the neighborhood!
Films & videos will be viewed through apartment windows, in storefronts, on building facades, behind garden gates, on the local elementary schools and more. Follow the route map or discover the works on you own… Stay tuned for more updates and mark your calendar now. Don’t miss it!
