Yoga and mindfulness meditation @ Lola Lik every Friday

Looking for a mindful way to end your week and start your weekend? Come join me for an hour of gentle hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation class every Friday evening.

The class starts with some basic hatha yoga asanas to prepare the body for seated meditation and the meditation will be guided, so it’s suitable for everyone.

Mats and props are provided and the class runs on donation basis: you decide if, how and how much you want to pay.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class at the courtyard (in front of Refugee company) so I can take you up to the room.
